Still one name I’m surprised that’s on the board. He’ll be my next pick if available.

Sometimes you just need a dude of the bench who can get buckets. As a reserve, this man was an All-Star and a Sixth Man Award winner.

Ricky Pierce, SG

My other pick was a no-frills, big-bodied player who could score a little and hold his own against the tough bigs on D.

Ricky Pierce was an insane scorer. He dropped over 20 a game in under 30 mins a game a few years which translated into 36 mpg averages of nearly 29 ppg and 27 ppg

There’s a handful of guys that were All-Stars during this stretch on the board but I also would not be surprised to see them remain.

A lot of good talent out there that I could see being left behind but I don’t see anyone overly shocking left. I kinda thought Houston was one of the biggest non-role players but again, his peak was really 99 to 2002.

When Kamala was hyping Nick Anderson, 3D was the other Magic player that I loved as a kid. Probably since he did nothing but shoot threes.

I really think those 1992 - 1995 Magic teams were a bit of a prototype for the modern day NBA teams more-so than the Bulls, Knicks, Suns, or Rockets of those eras.

This guy is going to provide some great defense off the bench. Michael Jordan once called him toughest defender in the NBA. He is surprisingly kind of forgotten considering he died tragically in his prime. If he played in New York or LA, they might have an award named after him. He will have to settle for being the only number retired by the Charlotte Hornets

Always good to have some depth at the 5. Can also play the 4. Was a double double guy on a good Cavs team at his best.

I very nearly picked Dana Barros before I realized Bobby Phills was still on the board. Can't believe I sold out a fellow NEW ENGLAND MAN.

My picks got badly busted in the last little bit, but I love the guy I'm picking. This dude straight up threatened to shoot someone during a playoff game, he was mad tough and a great defender. I'll take...

only reason I didn’t want him is cause of the Knicks/Heat series. He started the brawl in ‘97. But he’s a great defender, has a few all defensive teams under his belt
