Dead at 75

This one hurts as a Mets fan since I was 7. I was in awe of Seaver even though I never saw him pitch live.

Quite simply one of the best pitchers of all time.

RIP

A true legendary pitcher. Had 100 more wins than losses at the end of the 1979 MLB Season. Actually went 75-46 for Cincinnati too including 14-3 in 1977 and 14-2 in 1981!

It was nice to listen to Bob Uecker talk him during the Brewers game last night.

Obviously the greatest Met of all time, but Seaver is also slept on as a candidate for greatest pitcher of all time. RIP to the Franchise.
