End of Season Housekeeping Post:

Feel free to start posting your keepers.

Keeper Deadline: Feb 1st, 2022.
Expect a new league thread around Feb 1st and for me to start hounding anyone that hasn't turned in keepers by then.

Draft Start: March 1st, 2022.
Treble will kickoff the draft with the first overall pick for winning the consolation tournament.

Draft will be 10 rounds for next year. For rounds 8, 9, and 10 we will have 24 hour lightning rounds that will just be first come first serve. In the event things are progressing slow, we will start the lightning rounds sooner. The remaining roster spots will be filled by the Benchwarmer Waivers after the draft. Draft order will be the inverse of the regular season standings, non-snaking.

Keepers:
The keeper limit will be 10 players. Teams keeping less than 10 players, will get consolation pick(s) in the consolation round which will occur after round one.

Keeper Luxury Tax:
If a team would like to keep an 11th or 12th player, they can. However they will have to forfeit certain draft picks. If they keep an 11th player, they will forfeit their 1st and 4th. If they keep a 12th, they will forfeit their 2nd and 3rd

Roster Settings for 2022 will stay the same. Minimim IP will stay at 32.0. Both worked out pretty well.

Stat Categories we will add AVG for batters and W for pitchers.

AVG will give the pure contact hitters some more value in the league that they are currently losing out on.
Wins will give SP's some added value for being the pitcher of record in a strong performance. It will also give closers and setup pitchers added value in tie games if they are the pitcher of record. They currently lost out on this and may have pitched a flawless inning in the top of the 9th and allowed their team to win the game in the bottom of the 9th.
