Should we do one matchup a day or two? That would give us 17 days worth of voting. Two a day would carry us through nine days.

The first four (Fokai, Gert T, Agent of Oblivion and Bored) will have a preliminary round. That will be suitable handicap for having the first four picks of the draft.

Easy. First, do you plan on housing overflow crowds out there? In any case, just place a ball between the outfielders and the batter will run for hours.

On another note, who did you think were the biggest snubs in this draft? I know one guy I was considering with one of my last picks was Bobby Bonds (300/300 guy), but I'm sure there were quite a few others (particularly older players and Negro league players).

I was working on a list actually. Here's what I came up with.

C: Louis Santop- Negro league superstar of the 1910s and '20s.
1B: Dan Brouthers- Eight times led his league in OPS.
2B: Bobby Doerr- Red Sox star from 1937-51.
SS: Willie Wells- Negro league star, career lasted from 1924-49.
3B: Ray Dandridge- Negro league star. Hit .312 in his late 30s in the high minors, but never broke into the Majors.
LF: Frank Howard- For three years the most devastating slugger in the American League. Seats were painted in RFK Stadium in his honor.
CF: Hack Wilson- Holds the single season RBI record with 191.
RF: Dave Parker- Won MVP award in 1978.
DH: Tony Perez- Really surprised he didn't go.

The best pitchers were mostly negro league stars. Cannonball Dick Redding, Jose Mendez, Bill Foster, Rube Foster. Sal Maglie is a notable exclusion, he led the league three times in ERA+. He missed half a career to the War and to an ill-fated move to the start up Mexican League.

Among relievers, I'll quickly mention Ryne Duren and Rob Dibble. Dibble you know. Duren was a real life Rick Vaughn. Amazing fastball, iffy control, and coke bottle glasses.

There were likely numerous stars of Cuban Baseball from 1960-present who could play in a league like this, but are largely unknown.

I was considering Tony Perez as my back up 3rd baseman but opted for Ventura. Also considered Bobby Bonds (and he would've been my next choice if we had one more) but went with Concepcion.

Don't know how I missed Dandridge and Foster, they are very much on the master list. Sub Judy Johnson at 3B then.

Magglio and Bobby Bonds have the same OPS+. It's surprising that Ordonez rarely fares well in MVP voting. Only two top ten finishes.
