Monsters vs. Aliens 3D

Pretty good movie, but the 3d was breath-taking. They did a really good job with it and made it a part of the story very well.

Plus, I haven't seen 3d in a while and it came a long way. There were different glasses that were somewhat like regular nerdy black plastic frames and they weren't the corny blue/red ones. There were a few times I was stunned at how beautiful the animation was in 3d.

As for the movie itself? Some really amusing parts, not as funny as I hoped but what a great voice cast.

Saw it tonight. Average to decent movie with a couple good laughs, but yeah the 3D is awesome. Coraline was more impressive visually, but MVA3D still looked amazing. Certainly worth the extra $2.25 for the 3D showing.

Yeah, I posted about this at the old new board, but this is a pretty good movie. It's not as funny I was hoping it would be, but it's still awesome. And the 3-D is great. I'm glad there are others here who liked it.
