Watched the first episode. Overall I thought it was decent.
2 Positives:
Melissa Rauch has a certain likeable quality to her very similar to Harry. Watching, you really could see her being his daughter.
John Larroquette was born to play Dan Fielding. Even without the lecherous act he's still great.
2 Negatives:
The show is too bright and clean. The dingy court, cafeteria and halls in the original Night Court was part of the appeal. The dirty walls. The low lighting. The seamy opening. It all gave you a certain vibe.
The bailiff really didn't connect. Felt like a cosplay Marsha Warfield. And the story of the "funny" names on the board was shit.
