Reading Rainbow - Star Trek TNG

As a geeky Star Trek loving kid I thought it was so cool seeing Reading Rainbow do an episode on ST:TNG.

And while I liked Reading Rainbow as a kid, I had to watch it everyweek in school from kindergarten to SIXTH grade. For one by then we'd seen every episode several times. For two, 11-12 years old is a bit old for reading rainbow. Meanwhile the other sixth grade class got to watch Where in the World is Carmen San Diego? Live just isn't fair sometimes.

But you don't have to take...MY word for it. Ba bump bump!

The book I always remember centers around a goat which ate normal food like a person would eat, and the people are trying to train it to eat garbage, presumably like a goat would. I don't remember the name of the book, or what the actual message was they were trying to send. In my opinion, if the goat wants to eat spaghetti, that's the goat's fucking business.

EDIT: A Google search tells me that the name of the book is "Gregory, the Terrible Eater".
