RIP Denny O'Neil (1939-2020)

O'Neil was probably one of the most significant Bronze age and on comic writers of all time. The stuff with Batman gets the attention, but his Green Arrow work is still interesting to read even to this day and its a credit to his efforts that the Question managed to endure last past the boxed in roots as a Ditko character.

RIP to a genuinely pioneering writer.

Incredibly influential, especially with his Batman work. He's one of the minds behind Ra's Al Ghul & Talia Al Ghul and helped create the Leslie Thompkins character.

Fun Fact? He wrote the comic adaptations for Batman, Batman Returns, Batman Forever, and Batman & Robin.
