Bischoff's out here. Christ, this guy is all over this show worse than Triple H on any given Raw in 2000. Now we're spending live television time watching him walk through the crowd for a couple minutes. At moments like this, I wonder: "What's happening on Raw right now?"

You know that little jump Jericho used to do in the ring? Well, one time in 5th Grade, I won Student of the Month for my class. We were in Church when this happened, in front of practically everyone in the school. After I received my Student of the Month certificate, I did Jericho's little jump. Everybody in the Church laughed really loud. Except for my teacher. She didn't seem pleased by that.

Nah at least this had Jericho/Raven and the luchadores. What did the '99/'00 Nitros have wrestling wise? Can you honestly say this is the worse than the post Souled Out '00 Nitro we watched for our first meeting?

I mean this is bad, don't get me wrong but I think I'd rather have jock itch than watch that aforementioned '00 show again!

Takes ten security guards to take down Bischoff? Ha!

They've hogtied him! Now this could have been a decent segment if they had cut out like the ten minutes of walking through the arena and maybe a couple of Bischoff's 25 appearances on this show.

Another reason this is (slightly) better than '00 Nitro is I'll take quarter assed Heenan over Mark Madden any day of the week. I LOLd when he said "HE'S GONNA JUMP" when The Blackhawks owner waved to the arena which I've never done at a Mark Madden comment. But hey we're arguing Shit Vs Shit! What's the point? Enjoy the crap

We're just repeating the exact same argument with Bischoff and the owner dude from earlier. Security drags Bischoff out after he pushes the owner dude. Why does it take literally a dozen security guys to subdue Eric Freaking Bischoff? Not kidding, there's legitimately at least ten guys dogpiled on top of him. Flair comes out and does crazy Flair stuff just for the hell of it. The dozen guys drag Bischoff into the elevator for the symbolic goodbye... and the elevator's over capacity, so the doors spring back open. WHY DID THIS COMPANY GO OUT OF BUSINESS?

At least there was wrestling on that 2000 Nitro. Even if it was the worst fucking wrestling we've ever seen, like that Chono/Super J vs Rotundo/Dr Death match. This is just endless Attitude-era pointless filler crap. Ric Flair dancing in the skybox is getting a bigger pop than anything in the ring.

At least the 00 Nitro had Keibler and Leah meow. This Bischoff shit is the worst. It's like they don't even know how to produce a show. I can hear the clicks of the clickers going to Raw.

Are we really arguing that the 2000 show was worse than this? Seriously?

I'll admit this is the more frustrating and more dissapointing show since WCW had arguably the best roster (on paper) that they've ever had but this show's crap is more entertaining than that show's crap.

Again arguing Crap Vs Crap is kind of stupid. Sorry, I brought it up!

Honestly, at this point, I'm not sure which show I hate more.

After all the promotion, watch this Goldberg/Giant match go like one minute.

Got to disagree with ya Kamala. I don't hate Russo booking as much as you guys do. Sure that Nitro was horrible but to me at least it was so horrible it turned entertaining. This is just boring. It feels like it's been going on for 5 hours.

Must have been one of Bulldog's last appearances in WCW. Didn't he suffer that terrible back injury after landing on the Warrior's trap door at Fall Brawl '98?

The following week on Nitro, Finlay beats Bulldog thanks to Wright's interference and I think that was it for Davey.

Bulldog was supposed to face Alex Wright at Halloween Havoc but his injury prevented that and, instead, there was a rematch from the Nitro you're watching tonight: Wright vs. Finlay.

If you don't remember the angle, it was Wright claiming to be the best European wrestler in WCW. He went through Smiley and Finlay on his way to face the Bulldog.

It's sad that I knew all this...

Maybe it's cause I've missed a couple of parts. But I think the January 2000 show was way worse. This show is entertaining bad (as was Bash at The Beach 2000). That show was just really boring.

Wow! Look at Wight go! Russian Leg Sweep! Drop kick!

The Giant may have possessed more wasted potential than any other wrestler in history. Though part of it was due to flat out shitty booking in both the WWF/E and WCW.

"Seven foot four, five hundred and forty pounds!" Yeah, blatant lie. Hey, nice dropkick from Big Show! This match ain't sucking! Crazy casual scoop slam from Bill, all like "yeah, this doesn't strain me at all". Stevie Ray with the weakest chairshot this side of Lance Storm! Why do all those guards escort Goldberg to the ring, then abandon him there to whatever NWO members feel like interfering? DDP cutter-in! Why isn't the ref disqualifying anyone? Oh yeah, no-DQ, though I don't think they actually mentioned that during the match itself. Then he counts the Giant out in like four seconds. Well, it started promisingly. Ended abyssmally.

They did mention it after Stevie hit him. That was a good match cause at least the crowd was hot for it.

Here comes Buffer. Is going to call Bret Hart "Bret Clarke"? Wait what was the point of this segment? They just introduced Buffer!

Was there a bigger waste of money than Michael Buffer in WCW? Didn't they pay him like $100,000 an appearance or something obscene?

Can you have a countout in a No DQ match? Well in WCW, you can!
Memphis was notorious for doing so. Apparently a countout isn't a DQ or something.

Oooh Mortal Kombat: The Series is on after this. I didn't even remember they made a TV series out of it!

Buffer just said it was Sting and Warrior's first time teaming up! WCW themselves mentioned that it was their first time teaming up in twelve years! My head hurts!

I liked Buffer trying to cut a monologue while the entrance music played and the fans were popping for the big stars. You couldn't hear a word he said.

Seeing Bret and Hogan teaming is just wrong.

Yes! Yes they did. WHY DID THIS COMPANY GO OUT OF BUSINESS?

I like the fact that The Warrior's wrestling with his jacket on. Weird to see him run out to generic WCW music while the crowd goes mild.

That's because his shoulder was still injured from Fall Brawl 1998, and he was wearing the jacket to hide the bandage.

Early on, Sting and Hogan seem to be working slightly harder than they did in their PPV matches. Sting and Bret just NEVER had any chemistry whatsoever, though. Yeah, less than a year after Montreal we'll be wasting Bret as a midcard heel, good choice. Holy SHIT, how many fucking nutshots are they gonna give Sting here? I've counted at least four low blows in like two minutes.

Yeah, why is Warrior keeping his stupid trenchcoat on, anyway? Oh, that's why? Yeah, can't have a guy admit he gets hurt in a wrestling match, that would be bad.

The referee here is just ridiculous, letting the heels do anything they want while admonishing Warrior if he so much as breathes hard.

The Warrior pummels Bret Hart and smarks everywhere shed a single tear.

Fun fact; That was the original main event of WrestleMania IX according to Bret's book!

Why are the announcers forgetting that Sting and Hogan had the biggest match in WCW history just 11 months prior?
Cause they're dumb?

Seriously, those two fighting led to the biggest buyrate WCW would ever have, and yet here they are fighting like it's nothing. Like it's just another match. No acknowledgment of WCW's most successful feud.

The Giant shoot outruns the rest of the aging NWO, gotta love it. The fans are so enthused by the non-finish that they pelt the ring with garbage. Hell, they came READY to pelt the ring with garbage, I know they didn't get those rolls of toilet paper in the building. Magic Undertaker powers fill the ring with smoke! Warrior slings Hogan's belt around in a manner which looks to the fans like it doesn't even hurt, but to me looks like he's probably leaving welts on people's heads with it.
