So, signing Dana Brooke, Mike and Maria Kanellas, and Lana to long term big money extensions, and signing every possible indy wrestler so others couldn't, really wasn't a good idea.

I still hope they can bring this back for a 2nd Season somehow, some way. While it wasn't best football ever, it was a great showcase for talent who ended up getting chances to sign with NFL teams this off-season when they otherwise may not have ever had a shot.

The XFL said Wednesday it is planning to restart in 2023 and not next year as previously announced after talks with the CFL on a formal partnership were tabled.
