Those two goals at the end weren't great, but they have one foot massively in the final now. Ox being injured is a blow, but if Wijnaldum plays like that they can still win this. I couldn't believe any of that was actually happening.

one of the best goals i've ever seen, especially considering the stage. That rivals the Zidane 2002 final goal.

God I'm so glad Liverpool didn't win. Their fans are insufferable braggers EVEN IN DEFEAT.

Some people deserve our bragging. I've read endless amount of shit about how Liverpool would never get back to this position. But they did and nothing will change it.

It's going to be even worse for some when they realize Liverpool will be back in this position again at some point in the next few years.

The part that makes me sad about the game, is the part where I see quotes from Klopp saying that he just wasn't good enough for us to win the game. He's more than good enough, made us believe again, got Liverpool back in these games. I waited forever to see it. That's all that really matters anyway, but one trophy in 11 years, this shit fucking sucks. That's five finals I've seen Liverpool lose now, each hurts more than the last. The one they won was against a Championship team and they played fucking terrible.

They're also only picking 10 cities from that US list. NYC is going to host the final.

Portugal/Spain was hyped as the can't miss game of the Group Stage, and it hasn't disappointed.

I normally only watch these big international comps, so you guys will know far more than me, but this is the worst German national team I've seen.  This loss could have easily been much worse.

Argentina is on the ropes after getting crushed 3-0 by Croatia.  Not a good way to go out for Messi.

Uh oh...Germany.  Germany/West Germany never finished worse than 10th at the World Cup (and that was when Hitler was around) and are in real danger of missing the Last 16 now.

They played like a different team in the second half to get a win 5 minutes into extra time.  Lucky.  Down a man too.
