I received no e-mail about anything, I just read the message on the main site.

So when I reiterated that my subscription had been cancelled without my knowledge, the response was "Do you know if you cancelled your subscription?"  So I respond with "I just renewed it less than two weeks ago, why would I cancel it?"  They responded with instructions on how to cancel my subscription.

I'm one step away from calling Titan Tower directly because right now I'm starting to think Vince Russo is in charge of WWE Greatest Matches.

They did that to me a few weeks ago and I was still able to watch everything.

Can't watch a thing.  Even the brand new stuff, including full episodes, is requiring a payment.

Haven't wrote on here for a while but wanted to tell you same thing happened to me. I called WWE and got directed to someone in WWE.com (I think)? He said that no members were being charged for the month of March as they're making changes. I could tell by his voice he wasn't going to say anymore. If I'm not getting charged I guess I can't complain too much?

I saw they just posted a whole bunch of free matches on their youtube account today too (which is blocked outside of the US).

maybe youtube purchased WWEGreatestMatches rights to air for free on their site. You know to beat out Netflix? I do live in America and have access, the matches really nothing special...about 3 hours of videos each month I guess.

I finally, after they sent me the same form response they sent me the first time, e-mailed asking for a phone number to talk to a human being, and they sent me an e-mail asking me to open a ticket.  We'll give it 24 hours and see what happens.

Honestly, if it wasn't for the fact that THREE separate e-mails said I could still access content when my issue was that I couldn't access content, I'd have probably waited a few days before follow up

There's a Marty Jannetty promo on the 12/26 Superstars where he notes he has to give Shawn "his propers". I guess that's where "props" comes from, though I don't recall ever hearing the term "I'll give you propers".

Well they just created a new wwe.com and according to their article WWEGreatestMatches is now free! That's one way to keep us from complaining.

That would explain why my account says "$0" for March and made it appear cancelled, but still works.

The downside here is this means I can't complain about things and they'll probably reduce content. Or not, I don't know.

Already I don't know where to find full episodes, if they even exist anymore. Part of that is I'm at work and the browser is very bad on fancy websites.

Some of the videos are coming up "Posted 1 minute ago" while others come up "Posted 42 years ago" so I'm guessing they'll be updating it this week or so.

The VQ is much improved/stable now that it's free so this is an easy bookmark.

With regard to the VQ, it had been getting better since the Summer launch (or it seemed so anyway), with it being very Netflix like - it started bad but actually cleared up very quickly into playing and generally maintained. Sometimes it would go all pixely at random though.

I wish they had a "list all" on there. I am finding a lot of matches but have no idea how much is on the site. The fact that they did mention the service on that article leads me to believe they will update it often.

On the downside, they'll update it much less I bet. But now I don't have to pay for it.  Hopefully I'm wrong.

I already don't like how much less indexed it is.

I see none. They're gone. I believe all the stuff they uploaded this month is gone too...ugh.

Well, let's label it a "work in progress" for now and see what happens.

So I'm home from work and guess what? It's for America only now. Not even North America - Canada has been booted out like the UK was last Summer.

I will get enjoyment over the many "smart" fans on Facebook not being able to understand that the service is free.

So has anybody who was paying for the annual service and had time left on it getting any portion of their money refunded?

Honestly, I'd just renewed for the year.  If the service is free (and nearly impossible to navigate to boot) you'd think they'd at least do a prorated refund.

I considered buying annual, then I realized I couldn't trust WWE to do ANYTHING and changed my mind. Bullet dodged....

Could someone who can still watch the videos (I guess you guys in the U.S only right?) tell me which matches these are? I'm guessing from 1987 if they still have the theme but am curious if it's some rarer matches or not, thanks.

Battle Royal is from Maple Leaf Gardens.

Billy Jack/Hercules match is from MSG.

Demos against Killer Bees is from Houston, also on DVD.

They added a whole bunch of stuff today. I feel bad for the people outside of the country, but they haven't even added everything yet and there's a pile of good stuff on there. I've seen very little of it before.

Well it turns out I didn't get a refund like I thought I would. I got through to someone at WWE who helped me out. I then asked why the changes with GreatestMatches and he responded saying that the guy who was programming it before was moved over to the Network to help create classic programming there. They said they were using social media and market research to determine what people want to watch and will supply 15+ hours a month of that. I asked about full episodes but he had no idea we ever aired full episodes of old shows but thought that was a good idea and would mention it to others.
