Medium and some others have been asking me to share a couple of my family recipes particularly my YORKSHIRE PUDDING for awhile and then other people can share their stuff too.

CWM'S TOTALLTY BASED YORKSHIRE PUDDING
1 Cup Flour
1 tsp Salt
1 Cup Milk
2 eggs, well beaten

Mix it all up really well and Bake in a 450 degree Oven. If you're using Muffin tins it should be 15-20 minutes

Allowing the muffins tins to heat up with beef drippings in them before dropping the batter is the key.

This, of course is on the assumption that you're making a roast dinner but you're having yorkshire pudding so you probably are.

Speaking of family recipes: http://www.grubstreet.com/2016/08/someone-probably-revealed-kfcs-top-secret-chicken-recipe.html

I've already got my meal plan set for the week, but I'm going to try this on Sunday, and report back.

Abort mission: I bought a couple of the wrong ingredients by accident. I ended up saying "fuck it," and using store bought breading.

Next time, maybe.

My deceased family member gave me this beloved recipe shorty before leaving us. I feel it is my duty to share with you:

Frozen Peanut Butter Pie:

8oz Philly Cream Cheese, softened
1 cup smooth peanut butter
2 cups brown sugar
1 cup milk
1 large cool whip
1 small cool whip
1 tablespoon vanilla extract

Mix everything and beat well. Pour into two graham cracker pie shells.

Cover and freeze for 2-3 hours. Cut into serving pieces.

If you cannot have dairy, all ingredients do have vegan substitutes available at specialty stores.
