Gave Underarmour the scoop.

Him vs. Robbie at UFC 200 would be massive.

Whatever it was, it's gone now.  I presume it's something indicating his return?

Yeah, it said he was coming out of retirement. Not surprised they deleted it, they probably put it out there way too soon.

I bet they do Anderson vs. GSP at UFC 200 anyway. That tweet wouldn't have been on there unless something was up.

Anderson has to get through Bisping without injury or a failed test first. Anderson is done as a top draw if he loses that fight.

It's not official yet, but every comment he's making or made lately, he's coming back. Apparently he's training right now, but the Reebok deal is kind of holding shit up.

What big fights are there for him? GSP/Diaz 2, GSP/Anderson, GSP/Condit 2? There are only a few 185ers people would want to see GSP fight.

Said GSP doesn't care about the title. I assume that means MW and WW.

Edit: Thought it said "Who" - Probably the same million people who bought it the first time around.

But you would be silly to think a rematch wouldn't sell.

The titles are irrelevant, these fights would be huge because of the matchups. People have wanted to see Robbie vs. GSP for over ten years. Even though GSP said he doesn't care about titles, Robbie having one and cementing himself as the best of the best at 170 would make this fight bigger than any of the ones you mentioned which is what he ultimately wants, except maybe Anderson (but I think Anderson looking past his prime recently has cooled off that hype).

Re: Rockhold, it's a scary fight that's also super interesting and many would love to see GSP in that underdog role again. It would be huge in terms of the "CAN HE DO IT" and "HOW WILL HE DO IT" hype.

I hate the rumored Bisping fight mainly because its a sport to call out Bisping and that means we wouldn't get Bisping/Hendo.

With that being said it's sounding like Bisping is doing his best to duck out of fights with the top 3 contenders.

That's the thing.  NEITHER guy wants any part of Jacare/Rockhold/Weidman.  Bisping will face the music if he gets to fight Hendo first.  Just seems like there is more money to be made with Bisping/Hendo already being talked about and GSP/anybody.

Got a lot of mixed feelings on this one, I don't wanna see him come back and get hurt. His legacy is secure.

But if he comes back and beats Woodley it will make me feel like a teenage fan again, the nostalgia effect will be off the charts. I still remember jumping off my couch and SCREAMING when he beat Hughes the first time.

I feel you but I'm not sure how much it hurts his legacy if he comes back and loses. I'll argue him over Anderson as the GOAT and that's not as a fan, that's somebody looking at the core facts of how he's performed over the course of his career and who it was against. Not sure getting KO'd by Woodley will do much damage to that.

Wait.....you watched him when you were a teenager? Why did I think you were older then me?

Maybe I wasn't clear, but I'm worried about his health if he comes back, not his legacy. That's why I said it's secure, he has no reason to come back and risk getting hurt.

I understand why people think GSP in the GOAT (I still believe Anderson is), but man, I can't forget about that long stretch of boring fights he had.  My last fight of his I enjoyed was vs. BJ Penn 2 and that was 4 years before he retired.

He's the GOAT if he comes back and beats a top guy in the USADA era. He did lose to Hendricks IMO, but those Hendricks performances are tainted when you see the volume he was throwing even when he wasn't in good shape and how he fights now.

Condit had about 3 minutes of offense in a 25 minute fight. But okay, the Hendricks fight was good because I thought Big Rigg was going to pull off the upset.
