Chael was trying to get multiple paydays.

He'd look better 20 lbs lighter. Him and Wanderlei sells itself.

Show pulled 1.58 million viewers, 3rd best numbers in Bellator history.

Oh and LOL @ Shael.

dana would kill for numbers like that. Even in 2017 Tito's drawing power is on par with the best in the business. Imagine if he had the UFC brand and a Fox spot behind his push.

Well tonight was shit.

First fight started out with some flashy kicks. Ended up a dull 15 minute fight. One of the funniest low blows and reactions I've seen in a long time.

The female fight was absolute garbage. Looked like it was meant to be a showcase for the 1-0 kid to beat up the 4-4 38 year old. Sure, the younger woman won, but it was just bad. Nothing looked good.

Bellator keeps pretending that Dave Rickles is a big star. He looked good tonight, but it was typical Bellator match making where his opponent shouldn't have been anywhere neat the cage.

And the main event had Melvin Guillard at 180 lbs land maybe 5 strikes in 15 minutes. Losing to the other Njokuani by scores of 30-26, 30-25, and 30-24. He's 3-9-2 in his last 14 and Bellator sees fit to put him into a main event just because he's fought in the UFC

I actually like what he has to say about Tito and the fight. It's funny that his analysis was better than 95% of the 'experts' out there as far as the matchup.

I also like that not only was he complimentary towards Tito as a fighter, but that he p. much implied the only reason he watched his first Bellator event was because of Tito. There's still a respect there that goes back two decades, despite how he's tried to bury him in public for his own interests.

I wonder if the reason we're getting Rory/Daley is because they're close to terms with Lorenz Larkin and he's getting a title shot.

Anyone watch last night?

Koscheck looked old

Bellator continues to try and get a women's mms division going. But their fighters are just the worst. Groovy hematoma though.

Cheick Kongo's fight gave me serious yawns.

Pitbull vs Thompson was on the verge of being a really good fight. But Thompson caught the worst of the head clash and was finished right after.

Highly ranked light heavyweight Ryan Bader is the latest high-profile addition to the Bellator family.

Bellator President Scott Coker today informed MMAjunkie that Bader will today accept a multi-fight contract deal with the Viacom-owned promotion, ending a period of free agency after fighting out his UFC contract.

For some reason Bellator is going to do an MSG PPV with Chael and Wanderlei headlining. This is my conjecture alone, but I think it's possible New York may not give Wandy a license.

Chandler/Primus title fight reported as well. Wonder if they'd throw Bader/Davis or Bader eliminator fight on there? Card would be about as stacked as they could muster at that point.  Weird they didn't give Rory a title fight and they'll give it to Lorenz.

1.4 million average viewing peaking at 1.6 for Mo/Rampage, great numbers for Bellator. They're consistently showing increased growth in viewer numbers and have been for a while now. If the MSG card delivers for them it's going to be very interesting to see if UFC somehow steps their game up because it seems like there's never been as many eyes on Bellator as there are at this point in time.

I was right about Coker making them competitive. Even though it sounds like he's broken some serious regulations according to the Zach Light allegations, fighters praise the treatment they receive in Bellator.

She's making her MMA debut at the Bellator MSG show. 20-0 as a pro boxer, has won numerous kickboxing titles as well. Her life story is unique, to say the least.

Kongo fights are nearly impossible to sit through these days. That first round was one of the worst I've ever seen.

Solid win for Rory. Daley has always been useless once he's on his back.

We are ordering it here. With a group of guys the price won't hurt too much.

Two shot fighters in a potentially comic main event plus old man Fedor = 85K hardcores buying

I'm actually looking forward to this show. Chinzo/Gallagher, Pico and Hardy's debuts, and then Lima/Larkin and Bader/Davis. That would make for a great TV card. I don't wanna see Fedor and Wanderlei get killed though, and giving them top billing makes your product look illegitimate, and certainly not PPV-worthy. They'll find that out when they get the numbers.

I really wanna say they'll shock the world and get UFC numbers but I can't see this doing over 60K.
