I for once, just once, would like to click on a thread there and not see a shitty Mike Perry "THOUGHT YOU_______ BOIIIIII" joke.

It's practically every thread that gets spammed with the same shit like what I just posted.

Patrick Wyman took Robin Black to the fuckin' woodshed on Twitter. I can't believe people want that guy (Black) to replace Brian Stann on commentary.

Was just coming here to post about it. Not a great show but pretty fun all around and Mairbek's one-punch is insane, should make some KOOTY lists come year-end.

Also Abdul-Kerim Edilov fights like a fucking maniac and I really want to hop on the bandwagon by the deep ties to Kadryov are probably going to prevent that from happening.

I'm happy for him. As much as I would have liked to have seen him test himself in the UFC (against Hendricks especially) at the end of the day the guy went undefeated against solid competition, took minimal to nil damage and made good money. Can't be mad at that.

Looked like Branch was about to lay Rockhold down, but then he tapped to strikes and that will
follow him around like a black cloud.

Really good main card tonight. Mike perry killed the lightweights. Gregor's fight was an absolute blast. Solid finishes tonight.

Who's the longest tenured fighter in the UFC right now? It's gotta come down to GSP, Alves and Diego I imagine.

Good on Matt Brown to recognize when his time is up, hopefully it will motivate Diego to do the same.

I think Diego stays as long as they keep clearing him to fight. It's uncomfortable watching someone slip like that.

Speaking of uncomfortable Mizuno Hirota almost passed out on the scale yesterday for the Japan show tonight and came in four pounds over but thankfully sense prevailed and he got yanked from his fight against Charles Rosa.

I saw the streamable of the fight ending, he almost got knocked out by a can and was clearly gassed before the end of Round One. I don't remember much from his kickboxing days, but he must have fallen off hard.

Gadelha vs Andrade is a fight between two girls that I always confuse and still can’t tell the difference between...but it turned into a fun brawl.

Two year layoff or not Gokhan Saki showed probably one of the worst gas tanks I've seen in forever. He didn't even go that hard too.

I don't even know if his tank was that bad considering every single punch was thrown with the utmost of murderous intent.  Reminded me of Cro Cop's debut UFC performance where he spammed headkicks.

Compared to how he's looked in kickboxing I thought it was a restrained effort in an attempt to conserve energy. Might have been wrong on that one.

Uncle Creepy was released by the UFC and made the following disgusting comments.

Quote
McCall said he is opposed to what Kadyrov stands for but would be open to fighting in Chechnya for the right price.

"People say, 'You don't care that it's blood money?' I don't give a flying f--- that it's blood money. You can pay me in blood diamonds," McCall said. "I get into a cage and fistfight for money. I don't care. I don't live there.

"Of course what he's doing is wrong. I don't agree with it and would say it to his face, but it's none of my business. My business is to go over there and fistfight. That's it. Sure, war is bad and guys like that do evil s---. But I don't care."

Canadian prospect Yoni Sherbatov improved his record to 7-1 on Saturday night when he beat former Bellator/UFC fighter Zak Makovsky by UD at the ACB card in Montreal. Huge win for such a young guy especially considering the level of competition Makovsky has faced in his tenure so far.

Never heard of this guy but I like Stasiak's game. P. skilled and well-rounded. Looking at his record it seems like he knows how to submit and only gets stifled by really good top grapplers. But his counter striking is really good, good defensive guard too.

damn that broken nose made him less mobile and his chin worse off but I was impressed with how he still didn't let himself get KO'd. Kelleher is a legit grappler who is tough as hell so both of these guys will probably be on main cards soon.

A lot of the guys in the Top 15 are washed so it will be interesting to see how Till deals with guys like Covington and Ponzinibbio.

Cowboy fought like the Cowboy of old and not in the good way, in the "I'm going to start slow as hell and let this dude tee off on me" way. The problem here is that this version of him can't take the shots he used to be able to and with injuries piling up I think this pretty much writes him out of contention ever again.

Marc Goddard is a fuckin' g for putting Conor in his place during the Lobov/Fili fight.

It was unclear exactly what McGregor, an Ireland native, was conveying to Lobov, but he unmistakably used the word “f*ggot” at least three times and it seemed to be in reference to Fili.

- Threatens to enslave Aldo's village
- Calls Siver a Nazi
- Refers to Nate and his crew as "crackhead ese's"
- Calls Floyd "boy" and tells him to dance for him

And now this. And people are still defending him.

Tomorrow's FS1 card is a dandy, well worth tuning into. Easily one of the better television cards they've put on in a while....

Main Card (FS1)

Lyoto Machida vs Derek Brunson
Demian Maia vs Colby Covington
Pedro Munhoz vs Rob Font
Jim Miller vs Francisco Trinaldo
John Linekar vs Marlon Vera
Jack Hermannson vs Thiago Santos

Prelims (FS1)

Vicente Luque vs Niko Price
Antonio Carlos Junior vs Jack Marshman
Hacran Dias vs Jared Gordon
Elizeu Zaleski dos Santos vs Max Griffin

Prelims (Fight Pass)

Deveison Figueiredo vs Jarred Brooks
Christian Colombo vs Marcelo Golm

That was what I felt was the obvious result, but Machida needs to retire. Hopefully some creative people can merge the Night King throwing the spear and that knockout.

And I know what Colby is trying to do so I won't hate on him, but it feels kind of grimy, and if Woodley landed the shots Maia landed on him, he'll end up in the hospital.

Maia has never won a fight against somebody he can't take down repeatedly or control for extended periods of time so Covington winning wasn't super surprising but I think any of the guys listed could either stuff his takedowns and beat him standing, tap him on the ground or both.

I don't think any of those guys can tap him from guard. It's a matter of who can stuff his takedowns and KO him standing.
