By the way guys, if you know you aren't going to be around pm me your pick and I'll post it for you. Its not like I can steal your pick since I just went and everyone has to draft before I go again. It'll greatly speed things up.

BTW, I decided against who I was originally taking, hence why Jarrett Allen makes no sense to any of those.

Ben Simmons - 6,434,520
Jamal Murray - 3,499,800
Russell Westbrook - 35,654,150
Jarrett Allen - 2,034,120

Jaren Jackson Jr - 5,915,040
Balance - 53,537,630

Sorry guys, was busy with a thing and didn't think I would get picked. Surprised Grid didn't go yet.

Ben Simmons - 6,434,520
Jamal Murray - 3,499,800
Russell Westbrook - 35,654,150
Jarrett Allen - 2,034,120
Jaren Jackson Jr - 5,915,040

Mohamed Bamba - 4,865,040
Miles Bridges - 3,206,640
Balance - 61,609,310

Also fucking hell. I've still got 6 players to go and yet, I've got less 40m to work with. Yikes.

Haha only 18 million for me. I am really interested to see how this league works. Like you obviously want to win every league you play in but I want to see how the people right around the number versus those going over and taking the hit score. I also like trying to figure out the caliber of player I can afford the rest of the way.

Entire post is @Gert

I think everyone's probably going to end up over by the end of it. There's too much talent to be had, and not enough teams to leave players on the sidelines. It is going to be a measure of by what percentage you are not over by that'll make or break us for the first year.

Though, I see you decided to throw caution to the wind and say "fuck it" with only that much left. Wouldn't be surprised if you added another high end contract to your list.

I sort of know our tax limit, did the math while thinking about adding Westbrook. I just am trying not to reach it before I attempt another high paying move. Also, why do that when I can keep plucking low cost, good performance guys. The more of those I add, the less I need to worry about the tax. Though I'm probably going to go over there. There isn't going to be enough contracts that I can nab that will keep my costs in the 38-39m range.

Yeah the thing is I love the strategy but am probably not smart enough at the math to really figure out what the right way to play the back end of the draft is. My only real regret is taking Kawhi over Middleton since it's a $10 million dollar difference, but I like the fact that if Kawhi is a Top 5 player he may still be worth the extra money.

If Kawhi works out well, it should be a good contract. Though yeah, the Middleton contract might've been a better one to have.

I don't really think what I'm doing is a strategy, so much as just a way to try getting things done is all. If it was a true strategy, I would've done a lot more planning than this.

That's the time limit for OG.

I got Harley's next two picks for him. He's taking,
Elfrid Payton ($2,700,000)
Rudy Gobert ($22,741,573)

Since Gert and OG are over time limits that should put Dutchy officially on the clock.

Gert & OG will have two picks coming to them when they resurface.

Also some housekeeping from some omitted stuff in the first post:

Dollar amounts for my last two picks were,
Jimmy Butler ($20,445, 779)
Kris Dunn ($4,221,000)

Flik's round 6 pick was,
Mohamed Bamba ($4,865,040)

I just couldn't sit back and watch him languish there.

Ben Simmons - 6,434,520 - 3220.85
Jamal Murray - 3,499,800 - 2346.60
Russell Westbrook - 35,654,150 - 3912.20
Jarrett Allen - 2,034,120 - 1958.15
Jaren Jackson Jr - 5,915,040 - 1787.95
Mohamed Bamba - 4,865,040 - 1611.70
Miles Bridges - 3,206,640 - 904.10
Kevin Durant - 30,000,000 - 3236.50

JaVale McGee - 1,512,601 - 1587.40
Balance - 93,121,911 - 979.31/w

Can't take on another huge contract, but I think I can squeeze in enough contracts to make this work. Or I turn around and trade Durant to someone who wants Durant.

BTW, Chosun, can you change SG to G? Think that's what you meant, right?
