Let's try this again now that we're at a permanent home.

Here's something from an awesome Holiday vignette I just watched and had to share - Yoko Claus!

I was just about to comment about I don't remember Yoko's babyface character being quite that lame. It was mid '90s WWF though. But your explanation straightened me out.

And why's he hanging out at 30 Rock? At least that looks like 30 Rock.

Nah, the only dialogue in the dream portion was Mr. Fuji saying "Merry Christmas Undertaker Paul Bearer". Yoko then did his "YOSH!" sounds when he woke up.

Kamala: No reason for being at the Rockefeller Christmas Tree at 30 Rock is stated. They just were.

I mentioned this in the Mania thread, but it's Cena mugging with the crew that travels from PPV to PPV to hate him.

I'm glad you posted that pic Venk, I remember watching Mania and seeing Cena do that with a big super grin on his face while the Cena haters went mad at him. It was a thing of beauty.

How anybody could possibly hate Cena is beyond me.

I've completely moved into the acceptance part of the grieving process when it comes to the Cena I gave a damn about. He's gone. He's never, ever, ever coming back. So, when possible I just fast forward his stuff and move on to something I like. No need to waste the energy to hate the guy any more (though, I DID like the Cena/Show match on RAW last week - though that was mostly due to the way they booked Show).

Also, thread:

If I could ever find it or had screen-cap abilities:

I'd post the picture of Hurricane trying to chokeslam both Austin and HHH at the 2002 Royal Rumble.

We tried to call the number when my friend found the magazine buried in his closet, but sadly in 1999 the number was no longer in service.

I remember when the WCW Hotline had the "matchmaker" option where you got to "choose any match you would like to see" a friend of mine got very excited and decided to call in, with some outrageous gimmick match in mind. All he got was his choice of five lame matches (i.e. Johnny B. Badd vs. Steve Armstrong or something like that), all of which were probably already filmed for television. All of which probably aired any way.

Oh, to be eleven years old...

I called a wrestling hotline once ever, and that was the weekend leading into SummerSlam '94. I don't even remember why, and didn't learn anything new or juicy from the call either. A very unsatisfying five minutes. THAT'S WHAT SHE SAID AMIRITE

WWF Prime Time McMahon Heenan Monsoon Hogan - Heenan calls the Hogan hotline.

I called the Hulk Hogan hotline in 1991 at my Grandparents house, without permission. I was 9.  I stayed on long enough to ring up a 14 $ charge and get my ass reamed out.  I think they had a "Hulk's Wisdom" feature which he gave "stay in school " advice and other BS and a pin the Hulk challenge.  due to the reaming, that ad still makes my blood run cold.

No, PWT's constant "you didn't do anything with us this week so your account is gone" bothers me. I tire of getting new accounts just to download nothing. I capped those from WWE.com's Legacy episode of Superstars.
