Woke up at exactly 10 on 10/10/10. Hopefully I win.

From my friend's facebook... I think he just won TNA.

Is there any way I can pay to see KOAB's PPV right now instead of watching the real one?

Eric Young and Orlando Jordan vs. Stupid Brickface Shannon Moore and Jesse Neal- I don't hate any of these men as much as the rest of you seem to. Young will be goofy, we get to hear OJ's theme music, what more could you want?

A mountain of bricks falls on Shannon Moore, who is never seen again.

And the camera cuts to the control station, revealing Douglas Williams, finishing the job.

You know I'm surprised my scenario of the quick cut to just someone around a bunch of buttons whenever LIGHTS GOING OFF or some kind of HIJINX and BALLYHOO happen has never been used by TNA. I'd also like to see Anderson's mic drop on top off some peoples fucking heads. Especially if multiple mics drop down during the Gay & Goofy/INK INC match.

I usually don't even bother to stream TNA shows but I'm morbidly curious about this show after watching Impact/Reaction

It actually looks like there could be several good matches.  MCMG/Young Bucks always have awesome matches, Doug Williams-Lethal will probably be really good (of course these are the two matches that didn't get promoted AT ALL on TV).

The Lethal Lockdown should be fun at least, especially if it involves all the ECW guys getting the shit kicked out of them until they get their hands on the weapons, and Flair at ringside will bring it obviously.

The 3 on 2 match will be a complete clusterfuck angle driven affair, but Jarrett/Joe have awesome babyface tag team potential so I hope they do extended heat on JJ and a hot tag to Joe before the BS starts

I haven't really been that impressed with any of the matches involving the trio in the main event, but they'll do a fast sprint with lots of moves and spots and stuff that could break any or all of their necks, and that'll be great if you don't care about selling or storytelling or anything like that.  Angle says it's going to be THE BEST MATCH EVER or some such nonsense, but even if you set the bar at best 3-way main eventing a TNA PPV I don't like their odds of having a better match than AJ-Daniels-Joe.

Oh, and Team 3D's announcement......when promoting the NY/New Jersey TNA shows they were hyping it as the last chance for their fans in the Tri-State to see them wrestle.....so 99% the announcement is they're retiring at the end of the year, and want to make one more run at the tag team titles before they're through

I'm honestly not excited for anything on the show. Which considering I watch every week and this is the "big show of the year" is pretty sad.

Guns vs. Gen Men should be good, but I've seen them wrestle twice in the past month (or so), so that's not carrying a show for me. And everything else is too much in the "could be good" range, or worse. And I don't care enough beyond the in-ring.

yeah, for BIGGEST SHOW OF THE YEAR the card blows, but if you go in with no expectations as I and I am it's got potential to be surprisingly good

Or it could suck.  But that wouldn't be a surprise.

My friend and I are ordering this tonight. We have less than zero expectations, but since we weren't able to get this year's WM due to work schedules, we decided to get TNA's Mania. Guns vs GenMe should rule. The 3-Way for the TNA title should also be good. Angle and Anderson have been bringing it lately, and Hardy should be willing to kill himself like usual. RVD and Abyss should be able to put on a decent garbage match.

I don't really get this "Mr. Anderson has really stepped it up lately" talk from people. His last match was with Pope at the last PPV and it sucked. His last singles match before that must have been the 1/4 final match with Lethal, where Lethal outclassed him. Before that he was having crummy matches with Pope and Morgan. I can name one good Kennedy match off the top of my head and it's the Cage Match.

Maybe it's just something I can't see.

AJ Styles carried him to a good match on Impact... yes I'll say it again, AJ carried him. In that match it became really noticeable Kennedy is still doing the same stupid shit that got him fired from WWE.

I guess stepping it up means you have "ASSHOLE" on the back of your trunks and you can cuss now. If so, he's the best in the business.

I eagerly await the return of Heel Bischoff. He was awesome as Raw GM.

And I'm guessing what Dixie signed was an agreement to fire Abyss after the ppv. But she didn't read the fine print...

Well, if we're talking babyfaces, who is the competition in wrestling? The creepy guy who paints his face and looks like a meth addict (probably because he is one), a bunch of of hasbeen ecw vets, a guy picking on a giant Eagle or the bland man who stars in sucky movies and wears gaudy in-ring gear?

I like the Anderson face character: he's turned face and is trying to turn over a new leaf, but he still can't be 100% good, as shown by him not being able to let Kurt leave on reaction without getting some sort of verbal shot in. And he's clearly paranoid about his new found friends not returning the favour and treating him with any respect. It's a depth of character you don't often see in wrestling. The "Asshole" stuff is silly, but not anything close to the dumbest thing I've ever seen to get someone over.

And yet, Cena's battle against Nexus and now being forced to join them is somehow more interesting than most of the stuff going on in TNA right now.

Yeah...I think WWE is doing the whole "hostile takeover" angle better. I'd rather see an nWo-like angle in WWE than see the real deal, only older and with gray hair, in TNA.

--Tonight could be Kevin Nash's final match in TNA, based on what he's written on twitter.  His contract expires on Tuesday and as of the weekend he had not signed a new deal.  He has not posted anything since late Friday night.  On Saturday morning in TNA, the belief was his posting was part of a last minute tactic to get a boost in pay given he was in a key storyline.

The idea that Hogan and Bischoff has wresled all control away from Dixie and will use it for evil...I'm fine with that.  Creating a new NWO faction is a horrid idea.  I'm so sure they're going to do the latter.

I like the Cena-Nexus stuff, but they've probably done way too much damage to Nexus for it to be as good as it could have been. WWE already botched their hostile takeover storyline so now they have to do this. I did hate a lot of the Nash/Jarrett/Sting stuff till they put Joe and Pope in there and it got more interesting, with Pope knowing something is up and Joe selling out. They're still using way too many old guys, but they're at least throwing in some young blood too. It's strange because, yeah, it is nothing more than a NWO rip-off and once again shamelessly ripping off the past, but I think there's enough new stuff there to make it worthwhile. And I find it more interesting than WWE tv since they butchered the NXT invasion angle.

During his last run in WWE they used some shitty knockoff version of that.  It's like with Bret, they have to know that his other version is better, but they use this crap remix shit.

They'd probably use this shit again:

No more factions.  I've had it with factions in wrestling.  I don't care who is in it.  The last one I even slightly enjoyed may have been Evolution.
