I bought that one once. Never again. They have a granola one that's OK, if a little bland.

Special K is my go-to cereal. Vanilla Almond and Cinnamon Pecan are my favorites. I am also not a fat tub of shit.

I never eat McDonald's nor any fast food... so

When it comes to cereal give me something with granola in it.

I love Special K. I just get the regular version and add some sugar.

Today for breakfast I ate a banana and an orange.

Dinner Update!: Went out to get McDonald's, car broke down on side of road in neighborhood, walked home and ordered pizza instead.

I tried eating like you regular folk do today and I had a banana, oatmeal, and turkey bacon. Since then I've had three explosive shits this morning. My asshole feels like it's been raw dogged by a hot pepper.

It's probably taking advantage of the break in frozen pre-made foods by pumping out some of the reserve shits that's been sticking to your bowels for years.

But I swam 2 miles afterwards and then did some sparring.

Even in doing that I think I'm gonna cut down my portions as I took a MONSTER shit and it took three flushes for it to finally go down and I just got a new toilet and fuck this thing is supposed to be strong yet it couldn't handle this turd like the old 15 year old toilet could. Fucking weak ass cheap new shit don't make em like they used too.

Eh... I can read 6 different studies and half would say what I did was bad and the other half would say it's good cholesterol and whatevs. I rarely have eggs but when I do... I have a bunch scrambled or make a KING SIZED OMELETTE so it's all good.

Well KoAb probably eats organic eggs popped out by free-range raised chickens with no preservatives so I doubt he's gonna have too much to worry about. Plus, I'm pretty sure four strips of shark bacon is healthy enough to counter all that cholesterol.

I've just realized that the only times I've ever have a good breakfast would be when my mother would make them. When left to my own devices I have some truly vile stuff for breakfast and it's no wonder I dominate for the rest of the day because I just prepared my body for some shit hits the fan type of shit if that shit does indeed hit the fan today.

So consider this thread my blog for my championship level breakfasts. Do you wanna dominate everyday for the rest of your life? Then chow down like a real man does. So yeah here we go, my breakfast of today.

The main course for today and I have to say this is the right way to get energy for the day. I'm no fucking horse so leave the oats to them and give me this masterpiece. You gots meat, cheese, bread... that's like half the food groups you need right there. I eat the whole thing which is 1000 calories... efficiency is my forte. Now I also got one of my fruits in for today during this.

Vitamin C is really important to me, so I got my fucking orange right here. Fuck somehow I'm still hungry, but I got the perfect side dish.

I heard eating spicy things is good for some bodyparts for you so I have about half of these and I have to say I feel good right about now. Now it's time for me to begin my deep breathing exercises.

I smoke a Newport and begin with my meditation. I have another one and 10 minutes later I'm ready to take on the world.

I saw a news story that those Cheetos were making people have red feces, causing concerns of bleeding when it was just the food colouring. Something to consider.

I read about a school district possibly banning Flamin' Hot Cheetos because they may have an addictive quality to them. I know some kids loved those things when I was in school.

The last time I got a bag of Andy Capp fries I was looking at the bag and I can't remember the specifics but p much there's a warning that says "there is poison in this but not enough to kill you"
