Nah, it's Logan's

Holy shit, Logan's!  My brother got a lifetime ban from that place for throwing a guy over the bar.

Seriously, once (if) you move to a big city, there are so many options that you really don't ever want to eat at a Chili's or an Applebee's ever again, but then I go back to my old man's town and that's all they have.

Sizzler can eat a bag of dicks though.

This.  A couple years ago some friends and I were looking for someplace to eat on a trip.  We drove by a Sizzler and started doing the "We Goin Sizzler" from White Men Can't Jump.  We were so amused we stopped there to eat and paid for our amusement with 24 hour shits.

Applebee's is pretty terrible. So is Red Robin.

The only thing palatable is their Bleu Cheese Burger

Where else can you have a mentally handicapped man on work release make you hash browns w/ mushroom caps in them? NOWHERE.

I always end up with some woman named Peggy or Cheyenne or something that cracks her gum incessantly and laughs like a thirty year smoker.

If I've ever dined at Waffle House sober, I don't recall it. Good post-drinking destination.

I puked at a Waffle House and almost got into a fight with these bros in the parking lot in Atlanta. Good times, but I will also be damned if I remember it at all.

They opened a place called Cheddar's in Huntsville that seems to be nothing more than an Applebee's clone in a faux-stone building. There's always a line stretching out of the building and into the parking lot to get in and I can't imagine it being anything other than a basic eatery of unhealthy food.

The one time I went to TGIFridays with my friend's for our main bros birthday I ended up eating a bomb ass pork chop and drinking a bunch of customized beers that my old black friend hooked us up with. Which was basically a schooner of Blue Moon with various shots in it.

By the end of this our friend was pissed saying we should of just got some coke and went to a strip club.

Got one of these in Ft. Wayne. It blows dogs for quarters.

Denny's is pretty nonessential. I've never walked out of a Denny's glad I just ate there.

Denny's is the closest thing Yankees have to Waffle House. Essential for drunk people in small towns.

IHOP's only open till 11 P.M. where I live though...hence why I consider Denny's "essential". Although we have a great New York pizza place and now a Korean taco place that are both open till 2 A.M./3 A.M. on the weekends now so....

In my head, whenever AoO gets a late night craving for something, he just walks outside with a knife, tracks down a deer/bunny/minotaur, and kills it after a heated battle. Then he eats the meat raw and howls at the moon, like a man

I hate about 98% of all chain restaurants. I haven't been to an Applebees in almost 2 years and the last time I went, I was essentially dragged. I used to love all that garbage when I was younger but when you come to find that there's much better stuff out there (especially when it comes to impressing a lady friend), you really start to despise places like that.

I went on a road trip last year and got to eat at a Sonic (happy hour 2 or 1 milkshakes) and a Dairy Queen because i've never been to either and that was kind of cool, I guess.

It's not a national chain yet but in NY we have Shake Shack (one just opened in DC I believe) which is a high end fast food place. I ate there over the weekend and enjoyed it but that's because I had a gift card. They have pretty good ice cream.

The only restaurant I like now is a place called Dragon Palace or some shit like that. I mean when I can order sweet and sour shrimp and the shrimp come out roided and shit like big fucking prawns. I mean shrimp the size of my dick... and then I can get all the liquor I want at my table that's a good fucking day.

I might eat at an Applebees tomorrow. Going to the movies with a lady friend and there's literally nothing in the area to eat except for that and Hooters and she doesn't want the latter. Pray for me.

They opened one of those here about a month and a half ago. The line still stretches out of the parking lot for the drive-thru. Fat people love their ice cream?

My mother-in-law said they opened a DQ in Lafayette, LA and it resulted in fights due to some "first 100 customer" giveaway.

They shut down the DQ in ol' Athens, Alabama years ago because of absurdly low health scores. They built a new one at a different location last year, and it was so popular it came close to shutting down the locally owned real restaurant across the street.

Yeah, but that goes for ice cream in general.  Except for the McDonald's cone.

DQ is what alerted me to the fact that I might be lactose intolerant. Had a Blizzard™ with a friend in 04 the day before a major operation out of town. Went from DQ to the hospital's hotel, 90 minute drive, and I had the worst stomach pains the whole way there. Every gas station along the way either wouldn't open up or in the case of one in Hahnville, LA, the guy ahead of me decided it'd be a good time to enjoy a few cigarettes in the enclosed single stall bathroom while he shit.

Maybe I'm just garbage intolerant?

I've heard that you're more likely to get sick from a milkshake at a fast food place than from anything else they might serve
