I was never a Duke Nukem fan in the first place. It's just a Chinese Democracy joke now. I doubt I'll ever play it.

I think this was brought up in the CTDWAT thread. I'll probably play it. The thing to remember is that it's another company, and not 3d Realms that are bringing it out. So, in reality it's the equivilant of the WB bringing out a version of Eyes wide Shut as opposed to Kubrick.
The Duke Nukem game I want to play is the one 3d realms (would have never) brought out. Even looking at the footage in that trailer, I think i'd rather play the initial E3 '99 version of Duke Nukem Forever.

It looks like one of those generic first person shooter that are ten a penny on "next-gen" consoles. Only with titty jokes in there to appease the Nukem fanbase. Only, from the trailer, it looks very childish. Almost Leisure Suit Larry levels.

I might rent it, or buy it when the price goes down. Can't say I'm going to go out of my way to drop $60 for it.
