It's the final defense for Okada/Tana/Ishii can TMDK beat them? Fujita is willing to DIE trying! The fans are rabid for Okada and there's a lot of emotion.
2/11 Tanahashi Vs Okada (very emotional but obviously not one of their best)
2/11 Danielson Vs Sabre (an absolute master class in technical wrestling. So fucking good)
2/11 War Dogs Vs United Empire War Games Cage Match
The War Gaames was great IMO. It was a shorter cage with a lot of room around the ring. I haven't enjoyed the WWE/NXT WG's with plunder and shit but the big difference here was that first off there was BLOOD, and second there was no standing around mugging for the camera endlessly. There was just a lot of gnarly spots with a bunch of interconnected storylines that were paid off. I loved especially Francesco Akira finally standing up to the bullies and overcoming his fear of weapons. It was a great send-off to Ospreay and made everyone in the match come off as a star. Coughlin especially is a beast.
this was part of the build to the war games. They do not like each other at all. Just 20 minutes of two dudes beating the piss out of each other with a hot crowd.
I always enjoy these two. Go takes a couple really bad suplex bumps in this. I know he lives the "I AM NOAH" gimmick but maybe he doesn't have to try that hard to emulate Misawa and Kobashi. Kenoh's moonsault double knee finish is one of the best "how does that not legit injure guys" spots every time.
Ren Narita Vs Zack Sabre Jr, 3/15/24 (NJ Cup)
Yota Tsuji Vs El Phantasmo, 3/15/24 (NJ Cup)
Yota Tsuji Vs Hirooki Goto, 3/20/24 (NJ Cup Finals)
Conners/Moloney Vs Akira/TJP Vs Knight/KUSHIDA, 4/6/24
4/11 Kenoh Vs Kiyomiya
This was so fucking good. MiSu gets busted open hardway by a chair fairly early and looks like a bloody monster the rest of the match. He works his ass off in this match and doesn't do his standard match that he's been doing the last couple years. Kenoh is vicious right back and the two are perfect opponents for each other.
