2026 Winter Olympics: Where's The Breakdancing?!

The hockey is usually what I look forward to when there are pro players involved, but apparently there are issues with the size of the rink.

I usually catch the figure skating and the bobsled/skeleton/luge/whatever.

“I had a gold medal in my life, and there are probably many who look at me with different eyes, but I only have eyes for her. I don’t quite know what I want to achieve by saying it here now, but sport has taken second place in recent days. I wish I could share it with her.” Laegreid continues that he hopes “committing social suicide” will be seen as a grand gesture that shows “how much I love her.”

Oh bro no. Way to put all the pressure on her.

The US Women’s hockey team destroyed the Canadians. Never been beat like this lmao oh well, dark day for the history of Canadian hockey. made even worse that it was the arch rival who did it.

In a major stunner, Illia Malinin fell twice and finished 8th in Men's Figure Skating.

Mikhail Shaidorov of Kazakhstan won the Gold Medal. Yuma Kagiyama of Japan won Silver and Shun Sato got Bronze.

This curling drama is the funniest thing ever. You do NOT swear in curling! That said he's right he had his finger off.
Isn't the rule that you can't touch the rock once it touches that line? In which case his finger was def touching (see starting at the 3 second mark of the video).

The ongoing argument is about which part of the line you have to have your finger off by. The Olympic committee says it wasn't a rule break but they've also reverted to the old rules now where you can't touch it after letting go so clearly they want to avoid any more controversy.

My Aunt follows this stuff closely and says the guy did this a lot during other tournies this season and never got called on it at them either. She considers it lazy playing more than an attempt to cheat.

Considering I figured Canada would get dogwalked in the women's gold medal game, I can't be too upset that they lost.

3-on-3 in a championship game is bullshit, though. Didn't help that it looked the they forgot how to skate during the intermission.

Nathan MacKinnon is going to be seeing that open net in his nightmares for the rest of his life.
