70s country is p. cool, I really like what I've heard from Lee Hazlewood but I don't know much else about the genre.

First one I posted is Dolly Parton's "Coat of Many Colors," second is "Boulder to Birmingham" by Emmylou Harris (which is like one of the three or four saddest songs ever recorded)
