This may shock and appall you, smitty, but I'm very interested in seeing this...was debating on taking the boy, but I'm thinking he may have to wait on this one.

Why would that shock & appall me? But yeah, it seems like it might be kind of disturbing for a young kid.

I'm looking forward to seeing this, and moreso now that I've seen the original short.

Wonder if the inclusion of voices in the full movie version will change the meaning for the movie.

Also wonder if they'll include the short as an extra when the DVD release comes around.

EDIT: Also, is this the shortest thread title in the history of any version of TSM?

It was an alright movie, but I wasn't as impressed as I hoped I'd be by it. I don't see why it would be 'disturbing' for a young kid, in fact, my theater was filled with kids and parents when I went. It's not nearly as disturbing and creepy as it looks in the trailers, but it's not horrible. It just... didn't impress me as much as I wanted it to.
