Bad Movies 2020 (and beyond)

This is gonna be glorious trash. As a Michael fanboy, I knew this movie would suck (With how much meddling is going behind the scenes) so now I'm more excited. Though reading the reviews make it sound like it's more bland and boring than hilariously bad like some of the scenes from Bohemian Rhapsody.

I'm so curious at how this does at the box office. His superfans might be more rabid than the Swifties and really don't give a shit if the movie has bad reviews.

I expect it to do pretty good at the box office (especially internationally) but it's also pretty disappointing that you have a movie about one of the most iconic pop figures in history and a lot of the reviews describe it as bland, dull, boring, by the numbers, etc.

The only positive from every outlet, to no surprise IMO, is the praise for Jaafar Jackson and his mimicry of Michael.

His diehards (some of whom I just think are bots) are all over Twitter (yeah, bots) defending the film and the man himself from negative reviews. Which is funny, because I can't imagine even the man himself wanting a biopic about himself if it sucked. Also, this article deserves a read.
