I remember we talked about this in some thread but couldn't find it so sorry, this can be merged if found (unless in some mass thread, it should have its own)

First episode has been given an August release among all platforms. Release is probably early and often as they are stating a physical disc release will be out by September 13th.

What is the pricing like on the episode downloads? Is it cheaper to wait for the disc?

The season usually goes on offer once fully released so it's best to hold out.

Read a review that gave Episode 1 an 8.8/10 but this was the summary of the review

Buy it if: You are a fan of Telltale’s choice based, story focused titles or just want a new kind of Batman game.

Avoid it if: You need an action game or don’t really have an interest in the character

Umm... I could have written that without touching the game. Now I want to write sight unseen reviews for things!

ill probably leave it for the usual season for £5 next year. I am interested however.

I got this a couple weeks ago in a Best Buy sale for their Gamers Club. The disc was only $15.99, which is cheaper than I've seen it scheduled to be for Black Friday.

Downloaded it and played through the first chapter over the weekend. Really dug it. The look and feel were all even more awesome than I had predicted. Need to find some time to really dig in to the game but looking forward to it. Made sure all three available episodes are loaded and ready to go.

Finally got around to finishing this one today. I loved the story, and in true Telltales fashion, some of the choices are downright nerve nerve wrecking. The story takes a very dark turn about half way through the last chapter, but nothing compared to that bombshell from Falcone early on.

I still need to jump back into this! I really like this but I think I got too overwhelmed with too much to play that I've played nothing.
