Biden Drops Out

Really surprised. He seemed pretty stubborn about staying in. Gotta imagine it’s the right move, and I’ll vote for whatever the ticket is going to be.
 
I hope this helps save the country and human beings from more Trump and ratings.
 
Lot of good choices for Harris's running mate. Might be best to get someone from a swing state like Michigan, Wisconsin, or Pennsylvania. Whitmer would be the most famous, probably. In Wisconsin, maybe Pocan who's in a safe district or Ron Kind who's been out of office for a couple year.

I would've leaned away from a celebrity but maybe that's a necessity nowadays.

Or it could be more effective to lean into the center and try to get a right-leaning Dem/quorum with Dem like Manchin or Sinema. Or, if there's any left, a former Republican or one that still opposes Trump and the damage he'd cause with another term with Vance and their Project 2025.
 
Logically, you go for crossover appeal with someone like Curtis Painter or Garrett Morris.
 
Trump's really going to have to come up with something better than Cackling Kamala. Sleepy Joe was never good but at least it was a bit apropos. What happened to the guy who came up with Crooked Hillary and Little Marco?

Trump can still come up with a good one ("Meatball Ron" is an all timer) but it's been obvious post 2020 that he's lost a lot of his mojo. His speech at the Republican Convention was among other things, boring and a reminder that he too is a dementia riddled old man.

Is this cause they didn't stick with one of the two old retarded guys who can't stay awake or is it something else.

Cause sticking with Biden was a non starter. 85% of people think he can't do his job. Most people were going to vote for him out of nothing but spite. We tried spite in 2016 and got super arrogant thinking that would be enough, the candidate didn’t travel the country properly and spite failed. You give people two bad choices and they’ll usually pick the worst one. The guy who couldn’t actually do a campaign schedule had no business running for President again. The fat fuck had a more arduous campaign schedule than him. That’s a huge red flag to me. The report that Biden wanted to go to bed earlier at night was the last straw for me, even worse than many other last straws. Why do you want to do this then?
 
The media was also only a small part in Biden dropping out. The biggest reason is that everyone asked for him to show more energy and stamina and he literally couldn’t do it, so this whole thing turned into a circus. This should have ended two weeks ago, he should have dropped out then. If you set a tough schedule, can’t do it and drop out before the media gets going on you, then this never happens. You could say the media is somewhat complicit in letting things get to this point, they let people lie to them about Biden’s health and never investigated it further themselves.

And the next biggest thing is that because he didnt drop out, he slurred his way through multiple events and a debate and a press conference. He stood there with his mouth open while Trump shit all over his crackhead son and couldn’t even defend himself. And then he couldn’t finish his sentences in multiple interviews. He can’t remember the name of the Secretary of Defense (his name isn’t The Black Man) and then he just started listing off random black people he appointed (and didn’t get their names right and just moved past it). He can’t defend his own record anymore. It’s terrible that it ever got to this point because people hated him two years ago and didn’t want him to run and he did it anyway. It may turn out that Biden and his stupid ass white trash fucked up family dragged this country into the gutter with them.

You can’t make regular people believe that Biden was mentally fit for the job. They had four years to try that. This didn't just start a few weeks ago.

I don’t have fucked up Trump voter families like some of you guys, I’d say that like 80% of the people I know voted for Biden. None of them wanted to vote for him after the debate, lots of them texted me during the debate to talk about how bad this was going. Thats before the media could spin it. Almost all of them would have wound up voting for Biden in the end I think. A couple would have not voted. Those are the ones that kill you.
