Fantastic Voyage is a legit great song. I was always upset that he never had any musical success in the 2000s. RiP.

RIP to the rapper who did a song for Pornhub

In all seriousness he was one of my favorite Muppets Tonight guests-you could tell he was having the time of his life. RIP

Gangsta's Paradise was playing all the time in summer of 95. I remember taping that song off the radio and had it till probably the early 2000s. ECW would of course use the song for one of their shows in fall 95.

RIP

This is most epic live performance of all time. Thanks to @BUTT for introducing it to me.

(Idk if it is as BUTT but this seems like the type of thing BUTT would introduce to me)

Just saw him at a Bengals tailgate party at a bar in LA in February. Needless to say lots of 35-50 year olds were pretty excited about it.

Gangster's Paradise single cassette was what I selected when I bought a walkman with some Christmas money. When I upgraded to a car, Coolio came with me as my OG autonomously purchased music. Every other tape, record, or CD I had was a gift or a hand me down. G.P. was the first one that was mine. I won't claim to be his biggest fan, but his work was a major thing for me as a teenager.

I always enjoyed the song "1,2,3,4" that came out around/after "Gangsta's Paradise"
