just thought I'd post my general adoration for everything elmore Leonard has ever written. The guy just never loses his touch at writing gripping, simple prose that is both hilarious and appropriately tense. out of his crime books my favorites are the hot kid, out of sight, gold coast and the switch. My favorite westerns of his include valdez is coming, hombre, 40 lashes less one and Cuba libre.
I just finished up in honey's room which was a fast and enjoyable read. Anyone else share my love for 'ok Dutch?
