I am fine with not using ketchup. Ketchup is probably not in my top three fry dips but yellow mustard is literally the one condiment that is the wrong one for fries.

My parents were too frugal to buy tarter sauce when I was a lad. Our fish were dipped in ketchup and yellow mustard blended into a reddish goo.
