We finally got these in, so for 50 cents I went for it.
Surprisingly not bad. Basically the water tasted like syrup that becomes more liquified from the heat of waffles/pancakes. I regret not buying more. Maybe they will survive the weekend on the clearance rack.
IIRC they are horribly unhealthy calories wise, so maybe it is better I didn't buy more
