I'm willing to do this tournament on my own if necessary. I know no one wants to post in the music folder anymore, especially about hip hop but I want to do this and even if we only have 4 people voting each round that's good enough for me.
The way it's going to work is like this: I'm going to choose the first 32 rappers because they belong fo sho and nominating them would be a waste. After I make this post, we'll start nominating rappers to fill up what's left of the 64. After that I'll do some magic and shit and we'll come up with a bracket and I plan on using a nice picture thing and stuff so it should be pretty. Other important guidelines about nominating:
No groups.
