Alfie and I got to discussing... Anybody try this? I figured we could post random thoughts about any albums listened to.

His list: http://www.angelfire.com/rock3/nirvana81/kurttop.htm

I listened to The Breeders - POD last night (again) and damn that entire thing just kills. I'd make an argument that it's one of the poppiest albums of the 1990s. Top songs include Doe, Hellbound, and When I Was a Painter.

Young Marble Giants - Colossal Youth, is something that your average close-minded music fan would likely find boring. I on the other hand, love it to death. The overall sound achieved by their minimalist approach is what made me a repeated listener. I can't pick out anything specific from the original 15-song LP tracklist, as I enjoy them all. Great album.

Also, yeah, Colossal Youth. Arguably one of the best one-offs there is.

The Shaggs and MDC make his top ten, huh? Then again, his #2 is my go-to #1.

Nice list though. Particularly like the Fang and Saccharine Trust mentions. Two excellent underrated punk albums.

No, the Stooges never made another album. I don't know what you're talking about.

That said, the real Stooges stinker is the s/t!
