I don't get it. And I try not to disparage the things I don't understand but, in this case, it's also dumb. Once it's earned (which it was by Parcells, Gibbs, Belichik, Walsh, etc...Holmgren, too) just put them in the hall. There's nothing gained by doing one (at most) at a time. Nothing gained by changing rules to bump Belichik up just to not vote him in anyway.
