Steven Seagal is at the centre of a legal battle between rival TV bosses over a new reality show.
Bosses at production company The Idea Factory claim network chiefs at America's A&E network stole their idea to make a show about the action man's life.
They allege A&E executives went behind their backs, after dismissing suggestions for a series of shows - and signed a deal with Seagal.
One of the ideas pitched to the TV bosses was a show featuring Seagal, Chuck Norris and Jean-Claude Van Damme all living together.
According to TMZ.com, Idea Factory producers have sent A&E bosses a huge bill for their services, and threatened legal proceedings if they don't pay up.
The threats have prompted A&E bosses to file legal papers asking a judge to rule in their favour.
The network bosses are currently shooting Steven Seagal: Lawman, which charts the star's work as a deputy with the Jefferson Parish Sheriff's Office in Louisiana. »
