Been a fan for a while but this Canadian hip-hop artist is starting to blow up after getting a track on a recent episode of Broad City, but especially after SXSW and a recent collab with Russell Simmons..

It's not often that we get a female MC with the presence and lyrical strength of Tasha. I'm super fucking hyped that she's starting to get more recognition and can only hope that it encourages more female rappers to step up their game and into the spotlight.
