It's been all over the news, understandably. Local officials are blaming the National Weather system for not warning/alerting the area.

Someone from my area is still missing, but they've found/rescued his wife.

We haven't even had a proper hurricane yet and we're getting flooding like this.

I hate seeing people die, especially children but when you read about that shit and all the republicans going on about weather manipulation it is hard to not feel like the adults at least have not brought a bit of this on themselves.
