Update: Immolation are very consistent and have never released a bad album. Even their worst work is at least "good".
 
Yeah, Immolation have always been super consistent and constantly put out solid albums. I'm firing that up now. Their guitar tone sounds so evil and sick, this is gonna be good.

I love technical wankery so I should love Archspire, but those vocals are just not my thing. I read someone call the vocalist Death Metal Scatman John, and that's all I can hear from that band now.

Napalm Death and The Melvins together is a fascinating combo, so I'll check that out too. Although, I'm reading that it's basically 90% a Melvins album with a little bit of Barney Greenway's vocals sprinkled in.

The final At The Gates album with Tomas Lindberg on vocals comes out today. It's called The Ghost Of A Future Dead. I'll listen in a little bit.

Sepultura has a new EP out as well.
