PBR&B, also referred to as R-Neg-B and hipster R&B,[1] is a term used by music journalists to describe an emerging, stylistic alternative to contemporary R&B.

That this term is a thing, that it stands for that, and that it warrants a Wikipedia article.

That first mixtape in general is pretty good, but yeah, that's gotta be his best song. I don't normally expect Siouxsie samples when listening to r&b. Good stuff.

I'd have no problems listing The Weeknd's mixtape last year as the best album of 2011 or 2012.

I haven't listened to him much yet but I heard that his live set is really short and nothing special.
