That X-Division championship match was sweet. Doug Williams is the fucking man. The way they started the match with a single leg takedown reversed into an enxiguri was beautiful. And That rolling German finisher is my new favorite move.

I'm up to Morgan qualifiying for the tournament. One thing that TNA has done well (and there's still an hour for them to wreck that) with the 6 guys that qualified is that they have them all on a roll going in.

Morgan and Hernandez killed their qualifying opponents and just won tag gold.
Angle killed Tomko and had AJ beat at the last ppv.
Pope just pinned AJ and got his revenge on Jordan.
Anderson is undefeated and had a good match/win/postmatch with Jarrett.
Wolfe is coming off qualifying and beating Pope clean at the last ppv.

Foley/Abyss getting the other 2 slots is storyline related obviously...and they're both coming in DOA...so they messed that up before I got finished typing. I'll call a no finish in that match.

and then the final 2 rounds.

I'll say this...I really don't know who's going to win those first round matches.

Desmond Wolfe is awesome. That promo was great.

I'm thinking it's going to be Morgan beating Hernandez, Wolfe going over Pope, Mr. Kenn...Anderson beating Angle, Abyss taking down Foley. Then Wolfe beating Morgan and Abyss beating Anderson. Since AJ, being a heel is the champion, I'm going with Abyss getting the upset win. I'm probably WAY off, but that wouldn't be too bad. And Abyss needs to come back as the monster, not the special ed student.

Something I noticed tonight, the matches are actually getting a lot of time. They have been pretty good matches for the most part and there has been plenty of time to develop the story in each match.
