Dustin fought a bad fight and he knows it. The people out there saying that he should hold his head high and has nothing to be ashamed of are either trying to make him feel better or are ignorant. As a fan and somebody who was rooting for him to win that was an extremely frustrating fight. He allowed himself to get backed up too much and in general gave his back up too much. He didn't remain composed in the second when he backed Khabib up standing and went into spaz mode flailing his punches randomly. Instead of sprawling out and getting back to his feet he tried to hit the guillotine and burned his arms out which left him unable to defend the choke. Awful gameplan considering that according to him and Mike Brown they don't drill specifics for fighters which, against somebody of Khabib's skill level and talents is mind-blowingly dumb.
