Just thought I'd throw this out there... saw a post a few weeks back on Kotaku about how people are getting a lot higher prices for their games on Glyde.com so I tried it out. Basically you list a game, if someone buys it they send you a prepaid, pre-addressed mailer. You just pop the game in and drop it in a mailbox. You have tracking info. Two days after they get it, assuming there are no complaints you get the money. Pretty simple and convenient actually.

Here's my results... decide on that. The values listed are the in-pocket amount I got after fees. They deduct $1.50 for the mailer each time and 10% of the final sale price.

Ninja Gaiden 2: $5.95
UFC Undisputed 2009: $13.15
Brutal Legend: $16.35
Batman: Arkham Asylum: $23.95
Madden NFL 10: $25.75

I think this is unanimously better than what I'd have gotten at Gamestop. Just a heads up if you're looking to get a little more value for your trade-ins.

Well, haven't done it yet. They have my debit card on file but they may mail a check. I'll have to let you know.

You can sell books, CDs & DVDs too if you want. I've sold about $60 worth of stuff once my $5 comes in for Assassin's Creed.

They do bank transfers, or they mail you a check, from what I recall. I haven't withdrawn any money yet, myself.

I just did a withdrawal. It was direct deposit to my bank account, which I had to enter.

So far so good with Glyde. Sold two games and got 50 bucks in my account. Now all I have to do is transfer it to my bank account. Just sold Ratchet and Clank too.

It sucks that there's only New, Excellent, Good & Disc Only listed. I've got a couple games with beat-to-shit cases that aren't worthy of Good, but the cover art, manual & disc are in great condition so I feel like I'm short-changing myself by listing them as Disc Only.

I've already switched cases a couple times to sell games, but now I'm running out of games to do that with. I suppose I could head to GameStop and pick up some ancient sports games just for the cases...
