Since the rap/hip hop thread has become a giant mega thread, and a lot of brilliant music gets overlooked here and there, I'm just going to create a thread for today's best rapper. Since he's coming out with a bunch of shit in the next few months, like the Heart of Dixie EP, I'll just jam everything in here. I don't have much else to say. Y'all know how I feel about his music. He just released a heartfelt song about Father's Day. Cause he keeps it real.

We can post some of his better old songs too I guess.

Mixtape of the year so far. If you don't like this, Yelawolf isn't for you. His sound is tough to pin down because he's a bit eccentric but this product captures the essence of Yelawolf more so than anything else he's put out. That sounds metaphysical or whatever, but I always felt he should be creating this type of sound. His best work so far.

I haven't listened to many mixtapes this year (I've only heard some of Acid Rap by Chance The Rapper, who people really love). But it has to be in the discussion.
