From what I can find, he said in a May 2024 interview that he had 18 months left. In December 2024, he again said he had 18 months left. Maybe he had time added to account for the period he was out with the broken ankle?

TK tweeted that Dynamite will officially eclipse WCW Monday Nitro in April by announcing that the 4/16 show will celebrate being the longest running wrestling show on Turner Networks and the IWC is reacting about as well as you'd expect.

I rewatched the Malakai Black match where Edge blew out his leg, and you can tell it took it out of him. Before jumping off the cage, he was moving really well. And, since he came back he's been much more lumbering and slow. Not as broken down as he was when he returned in 2010, but close. Time to move him to tags and trios work.

Like they need to utiilze the trios division exactly for situations like this where the guy can go, but not close to the level of a singles star. It extends guys career and lets the rub expand a little wider. Baba knew it.

Edge is creeping up on where Foley was in TNA, if he isn't there already.

AEW has to do all they can to pay her and lock her up. She's a legit star for them after the Toni program.

Saraya is gone from AEW. A big nothing of a run.

She came in with a ton of momentum but was shown that her work wasn't up to snuff and was surpassed by her own stablemates.

Good. I hope she stays out of wrestling entirely, both because the business has passed her by and because she deserves to live a healthy and peaceful life.

I could see WWE scooping her up, but she's much better as a mouthpiece or a non worker than a wrestler at this point. And GM Paige didn't really light the world on fire, so who knows.

She did help get Harley Cameron over and was prominent in the early stages of Timeless Toni Storm, so her run in AEW wasn't a total waste or anything. She had a nice moment in Wembly too.

That said, AEW's women's division is getting stacked and workers like her and imo Britt can't keep up anymore.

She’s still good at doing press events and social media engagements so there’s a place for her to succeed at that.

She had a couple good moments with AEW got her brother a steady paycheck to do fuck all for the company so all in all, it was a success for her and she barely had to take many bumps either.

Good. I was thinking she'd definitely be back when Ruby returned, but fine.

Mina confirmed that she signed to AEW at what I believe is her last japan show so she should be coming in asap.

Going through Dynamite and MVP was electric on the mic. Big Bill did good, but The Bad Apple looked way out of his element. Lashley and Bill having a hoss off is gonna be good. This MJF-Hurt Syndicate storyline is super interesting.

I'm prefacing this by saying that I agree with the idea that WBD is legitimately happy with the audience size AEW has, because they wouldn't have signed an extended deal with them back in October if they weren't (along with all of the other things, like the back catalog on MAX and live broadcasts of PPVs and such), buuuuuut...

...has anyone from WBD said this on record, or are we all still trusting the words of podcast hosts?
