That and I told you to watch both of those shows because I knew you'd like them. I literally just had to see the character design for Nico to know you'd want to see Kiznaiver.

Dude, you named hundreds of anime at this point. Just assume I'll watch something and you'll have rec'd it :p No need to declare it for the masses.

Well considering I recommended it the day you started watching them! I deserve more credit then "it scored well on MAL"! smh. Especially when you're so unpredictable. Hating Madoka...

Also to further the Kiznaiver recommendation for others, it helms closer to the characterization of Kill La Kill (especially the Nico as Mako comparison) but the plot is a lot thinner so if you enjoyed the characters aspect of KLK, you'll likely enjoy Kiznaiver. Artwork wise, it's a little more adventurous whereas Trigger's other show, Space Patrol Luluco looks much closer to KLK.

Figured out the shows I'll at least try for this season: 91 Days, Berserk, D.Gray-man Hallow, danganronpa 3 (two shows!), Hitori no Shita: The Outcast, Mob Psycho 100, QUALIDEA CODE, Regalia: The Three Sacred Stars, SERVAMP, TABOO TATTOO,

Re-watched Puella Magi Madoka Magicka and enjoyed it a lot more. Not worth a 9 or 10 in my book but I ended up scoring it an 8/10.

Also Qualidea Code has officially started up so I plan to watch that shortly.

Making a post because I started Panty & Stocking with Garterbelt and OH.MY.GOD. it's amazing! Think the western animation style of Powerpuff Girls/Grim Adventures of Billy & Mandy meets the vulgarity of South Park (x10).

Don't expect any plot or deep character development when starting this as it's basically a refuge in audacity that crosses lines 3-4 times. The sound is gorgeous and the artwork is very, very good with tons of shout outs. It basically shits all over the concept of the modern day, "Smart, Serious, Deeply Meaningful Anime" and just revels in it.

By the first 2-3 minutes you'll know if this show is something you'll like or hate.

Have you started up SERVAMP, CWM? How is it? Same question towards 91 Days as that show also intrigued me.

Been rolling through the following shows: ReZERO - Starting Life in Another World (my fav. of the new series thus far), Twin Star Exorcists, Qualidea Code, and Taboo Tattoo. I'd probably rank them in that order with ReZERO being awesome stuff and Twin Star being solid. I'll probably end up scoring Qualidea and Taboo higher than most at 7/10 but they are what they are as shows.

I tried out Scared Rider XechS and made it just 4 episodes with a 6/10 score. Ended up dropping it as it wasn't really my thing.

Taboo Tattoo is way pedo I dropped that shit so hard. Maybe Croll edits it but it was creepy and gross.

91 Days is really really good. Highly recommend it to people who want to watch a mobster anime or anything like that. There's one character that's pretty awesome in particular as a villian.

I watch SERVAMP and it's pretty decent as long as you can get past how it is a "pretty boys" show or whatever the labeling would be. Its not super bad about it like some but its 8 episodes in and I think they just had the first female character in it (in a flashback briefly at that!). But it has funny moments and action etc.

Berserk, D.Gray-man Hallow, danganronpa 3 (two shows!), Hitori no Shita: The Outcast, Mob Psycho 100,

of the others I was going to try I gave up right away on Qualidea Code and Regalia. I watched the first few episodes of D Gray Man but I'm letting it pile up for awhile due to its shonen nature. Berserk I've watched the first 4 episodes and I like it so far but will probably binge watch it when its over.

Mob Psycho 100 is by the One Punch Man guy and really has the weird comedy style of it. Hitori No Shita is a fun action show, and the Danganropa animes have been good if you enjoy those. aside from 91 days and I guess Berserk there hasn't been anything I'd call excellent this season though

Been watching "Food Wars! Shokugeki No Soma". Currently in it's second season ("Plate"). It's basically food porn with a thin plot line connecting the meals. I don't really know why I like it so much (let's face it, it's an anime about high school kids making food), but the visuals are very good and they present it in such an over the top manner, you can't help but smile.

Street Fighter II: The Animated Movie is being released October 26th courtesy of Discotek Media. Apparently this release will be an Uncut Version (F Bombs in place).

Knocked off several anime on the same day including Re:Zero, Qualidea Code, Taboo Tattoo, and High School DxD: New (aka Season 2).

Of those shows, I liked Re:Zero the best out of them although it kind of faltered towards the end of the show's run. QC and TT both started off strong and then quickly fell off while being unable to prop up its premise enough and High School DxD is what it is as a show.

Started up and am quickly working through Love Life! Sunshine!!, a show about two girls who start up a School Idol group (against the antagonism of the school's club president) and quickly assemble a group of characters/aim to win the major School Idols competition. It's fun, decent fluff somewhat processed similarly to the vein of shows like K-On!.

Re:Zero faults because it wraps things up, in case it doesn't get a sequel. Instead of doing like what the novels do which actually is the hook for the next arc.

Rem has been deleted by the Whale and Subaru kills himself to try to fix that, but the save point is after the fight. So he can't and therefore does everything he can to try getting her back. Place I read on episode reviews tossed out that little nugget.

Also, Keijo's meh for animation, but the parody of sports story isn't too badly meshed up. Could be fun. I hope they don't screw it up. It is Xebec though, so...

Iron Blood Orphans is back and frankly, second episode was meh. First episode had quite a bit of steam, but the second one just sort of was.

Not really committing to this season, as there's a lot I want to see possibly.

Also, HQ, you are did you watch the original Love Life? This is a sequel in name, but not in characters. Just in case you didn't.

Most of the new season anime so far I haven't really dug (especialyl if you take out the second season type stuff). Bloodivores has a bit of a dumb concept but seems decent once it got past that. Drifters might be ok. That's about it so far.

Started up Food Wars! and loving it a lot. If you're a fan of cooking and/or cooking competition shows like Iron Chef (albeit this one has more humor), then this will be right up your alley.
