Piggybacking off of this -- Luis Tavares (perhaps unreasonably) pulled out of his fight against Glory's Russian LHW Champion Artem Vakhitov. Vakhitov then agreed to a catchweight fight with Tarik Khbabez but then withdrew on his own accord. It hasn't affected UFC fighters, yet, but I'm concerned that this type of thing is leading to xenophobia against Russians (similar to how all Chinese were blamed for Covid).

I'm also somewhat baffled as to how stonewalling independent Russians trying to make money outside of the Russian political-military machine (and contributing to other countries' economies by fighting for foreign promotions) can cripple the Russian invasion against Ukraine, but I digress.
