Big Boom AJ is starting shit with MJF on Twitter. If MJF goes all out and cuts a vintage MJF style promo on the Costco guy and his dumb kids, I'll be a huge fan again.

You’ll get a reference to Mama Justice paying a subscription to MJF’s big wiener and like it pal.

Came to post that.

This puts the AEW viewership size around ~1mil a week. Either there's a massive amount of double-dipping going on, or, and more likely, half of the audience was streaming illegally.

Max was my first time watching Dynamite weekly. Before that, it would be either through clips or illegal streams so yeah, there may be some truth to that.

Yeah, I barely watch cable tv at this point, so it's nice to just pop on Max and watch at my own leisure. Before that I'd just search for some random hyped matches. Definitely truth to that.

AEW will join in on the trend of promotions moving their special events earlier in the day announcing that ALL IN will air at 3 PM (et).

That’s interesting. I wonder if a day show was always the plan, or if they moved up the start time because WWE is trying to mess with them by running a SNME the same day.

Either way, I’ve liked the earlier start time with the show being at Wembley the last couple years, so I’m glad that continues.

See the move now is a Clash of the Champions-level show against night two of the lowest attended Wrestlemania in 20 years.

Watching 2020 AEW and after this Death Riders shit is over, they really need to let Mox be funny again. Obviously not to the level of WWE Dean Ambrose, but he's a naturally funny guy and needs that for his character. He had a sassy finger point to Willow last week in the brawl that made me remember how entertaining he could be.

That segment where Mox "joined" the Inner Circle made him look as cool as 97-99 Austin. He'll never get to that level again in his career probably idk, but just make the guy less serious and for the love of god get rid of that theme song. It's such a buzzkill. I know it was his NJPW theme, but it just drags the show to a hault when it plays and I see Wheeler Yuta or Marina Shafir.

I'm really starting to love Don Callis as AEW's Bobby Heenan. He's one of the best heels in the company and the stuff with the impersonators is hilarious. This is the most I've been entertained by Callis since ECW.

Jay White's injury is a broken hand which may require surgery. Doesn't seem like he will be out super long.

Also, Orange Cassidy is injured with a torn pec. Blessing in disguise for him as he's probably the stalest guy on the roster and needs a break. I love him as a worker, but it's been like 5 years of him having the workhorse matches.

Mark Davis is also injured and they added Mark Briscoe vs Kyle Fletcher to Dynasty. Their previous two tv matches were great and I wonder how they'll do in a PPV match.

Sounded like there was confusion to if Bandido vs Jericho was gonna happen at Dynasty or an ROH show, but it's been confirmed.

...alright. I'm tapping out. Any show featuring Lance Archer is an instant skip for me. And a rematch of Hayter/Starkz, which was awful last week on Collision (Starkz has no sense of timing at all), isn't something that piques my interest.

I want to like this company so bad, but any time I actually tune in it's just even more amateur than a CZW show circa 2003.

Does anyone have a fightful sub? I know @909 used to. I find it hard to believe there's that much of a disconnect between the online fanbase and tv ratings but I know it's happened before in WWE.

Really hope PAC is ok. He has the worst fucking luck. Toni Storm continues to be a complete fucking treasure, the way she kept breaking everyone on commentary was terrific. I hope Jericho is off tv for a long while. 8 man was great but i wish there was a big bag of money for the winners. Shibata/Mox made me sad.

Omega/Bucks promo reminded me why I always hated them. Stick to wrestling kenny, Go away Bucks. Page was great, liked the Hurt Syndicate stuff. THe company feels like it's so close to putting the pieces together but is always just that one step off.

Meltz is saying Jericho is very welcome to a return to WWE, and said they need to reunite. I take Meltz's word on Jericho news, so maybe the stove is hot here.

Honestly, AEW wouldn't exist without him and he really helped them in the early days, but he feels so out of place now. Unlike a lot of fans, I don't think he's washed up in the ring. I thought he showed he still had something left in both recent matches with Bandido. He just needs a change of pace and needs to go back home to WWE. This 2019-2025 AEW run is around the same length of his first WWE tenure from 99-05.

I'm actually interested in a final Jericho run in WWE. There's no one left for him to wrestle in AEW. Big Bill needs to kill him off when he leaves though.

It's so sad they don't give a fuck about the trios division. That'd extend him while also giving people a rub.

I'm fine with Jericho staying in AEW but he needs to take an extended hiatus which looks like is actually happening now. Make the fans miss him.

Like Hogan in WCW Jericho is leaving just as the NBA and NHL playoffs are starting and ratings will undoubtedly go down.

AEW absolutely doesn't need him but he was such a strong building block in their formative years that I still would like to see him albeit in a much more lower card role. Let him stay off TV for 6-8 months and see what they come up with. He still has name value that they can exploit.

He would definitely agree with the current WWE climate.

He has nothing left to offer AEW. There's no one left to work with, nothing left creatively, etc. The fanbase is clearly sick of him. He can still work in ring but he's actively hurting the talent he is put with. He might be able to have a fun last run in WWE.
