Chris Horodecki vs Dan Lauzon

Hey, Fedor gets to cross off one of the last names on the list, if not THE last. I'm happy.

Mousasi/Belfort was rumored for Day of Reckoning as well. I'm hoping that it goes off because I'd really like to see that fight.

Mousasi and Belfort should be a good fight. I hate though that Affliction makes fights for Fedor where I have to cheer for him. It's not him that makes me want him to lose but it's his fans. Unfortunately I can't possibly cheer for Barnett.

So Mousasi is down to fight Vitor but he's flat-out refusing it to be at 185. We'll see if Belfort feels like moving back up.

Tim Sylvia vs Paul Buentello...wow, what a very uninteresting fight. Paul's best known for getting KO'd by Andre in seconds after getting an undeserved title shot.

Amped for Fedor vs Barnett and Mousasi vs Vitor.

Buentello is very limited, but the dude can box well from the pocket, and if Tim tries to engage, it could be much more entertaining than expected.

It wouldn't surprise me to see Barnett/Fedor lasting 3 or 4 rounds.

I hate to say, but I think Buentello will become the first guy to actually knock Sylvia out.

Well, a lot of people think Affliction is going to be lucky to keep going after this PPV, so the name may turn out to be very appropriate.

I might be in the minority of people who like Barnett but I still see Fedor turning him into just another victim.

Just now on WOL, they said that Josh Barnett was recently called in by the CSAC for a surprise out of competition drug test and the results will be available in 10-14 days.

After he wins, Yvel can cut another promo about how his goal is to fight in a different promotion.

Yvel is one of the better strikers among the heavies, but he won't ever get anywhere (and hasn't really gotten anywhere) unless he improves his ground game. Seeing as how we've been saying that for ten years and it still hasn't happened, I doubt we'll be seeing the dirty bastard go any further up the rankings than we already have.

Although thinking back to the last time Barnett got a heel-hook in Sengoku about a year ago... woof. It was like in slow motion.

I can't tell if this is you poking fun at Barnett's ground skills or refuting my claim that Yvel sucks in that category.

Knowing how you feel about Barnett... it's probably the former.
